The 13 rock songs - primarily "first"- and "second-takes", without duplicated vocals, keyboards and unnecessary effects -, were recorded in Alicante/Spain: as the young musicians were produced by no less than Ken Hensley, ex-guitarist, singer and keyboard player of the British Rock legend Uriah Heep, who could not resist the temptation of accompanying several songs with his Hammond organ. The sound of Maks & The Minors is unmistakeably influenced by traditional hardrock, and is mixed with Balkan sounds, Pop, Ska, classical music and Blues and the voice of Maks, which has the absolute power of Rock! |
